FASTWEB, the e.Biscom Group's (Milan's Nuovo Mercato: EBI) broadband telecommunications operator, has announced the world's first TV-based Videocommunication service. The application, which enables telephone users to see the person at the other end of the line on their TV screen, is available to all residential customers in Milan, Rome, Genoa, Turin, Naples and Bologna who have access to the FastWeb fiber-optic network.
