Fastweb has always promoted a corporate culture of integrity and transparency and has defined a Whistleblowing Policy that includes dedicated channels and how to manage reports of illegal conduct that guarantee confidentiality and the protection of whistleblower in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/23 (implementation of EU Directive 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing).

All reports are managed through a predefined procedure which ensures objectivity of analysis and responsibility in the management of an independent function. A notification of receipt is expected (within 7 days of the report) and a response (within 3 months of the notice)

What to report?

The report may be about any news relating to possible violations of the law, breaches of internal procedures and rules, non-compliant conduct with Model 231, the Ethical Code (including SA8000 principles), and also irregularities which damage for Fastweb.

Who can report?

The whistleblower can be employees, collaborators or suppliers.

If the report relates to violations of the Organization, Management and Control Model according to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 of Fastweb you can also write to the Supervisory Body (email: organo.vigilanza@fastweb.it).

Reports relating to services are not handled according to the Whistleblowing Policy.
Customers can ask for assistance using the dedicated contact channels.
The Fastweb whistleblowing policy provides for the possibility of making external reports ot the National Anti-Corruption Authotrity (ANAC) in the cases expressly provided for by the law (art. 6 of Legislative Decree 24 of 10 March 2023).
