Milano, 15 marzo 2005 - Nel corso dell'odierna Assemblea degli Azionisti (Milano, Nuovo Mercato: FWB) per l'approvazione del bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2004, Silvio Scaglia, Presidente, fondatore e azionista di riferimento della Società, ha annunciato che, in merito alla propria adesione all'aumento di capitale di FASTWEB, sottoscriverà un controvalore di circa 100 milioni di Euro.
