Milan, November 21, 2005 - Following Consob's request, FASTWEB (Milan, MTAX: FWB), Italy's second largest fixed telephony operator, states that the Company has not concluded any sort of operation that could have influenced today's share price movements.
FASTWEB also informs that it has received notice from Mr. Carlo Micheli stating that, following sale transactions regarding his shares in FASTWEB, his stake in the Company is now below the 2% threshold.
