The new mobile service joins the fixed telephony, internet and IPTV services and enables users to telephone and navigate wherever they may be
FASTWEB is launching its mobile service and revolutionizing its residential offer to make it even more convergent. As of today, in addition to ParlaCasa, NavigaCasa and FASTWEBTV, two new options are available for FASTWEB clients: the Ovunque (everywhere) convergent offers and the Mobile voice and internet offers for users "on the move". Subscribers can choose the services package best suited to their needs, obtaining significant discounts.
The Ovunque offers ensure the complementarity and convergence of the FASTWEB fixed telephony, mobile telephony and internet services:
• ParlaOvunque: 22.90 euro per month
Unlimited fixed to fixed national calls and a FASTWEB mobile phone number with free calls and no connection charge for calls to and from the home number. With the FamigliaOvunque option, the service may be extended to four other family SIM cards at a price of 5.90 euro per month. FamigliaOvunque is available on a subscriber or prepaid basis.
• NavigaOvunque: 44.90 euro per month
Unlimited 24hour internet browsing at speeds of up to 10 Mbit/s in reception and transmission on FTTH and up to 20 Mbit/s in reception and up to 1 Mbit/s in transmission over FASTWEB ADSL. The offer also provides an internet key with 500 Mb of internet traffic included, for mobile internet access.
The Mobile offers enable users to telephone and access the internet wherever they are:
• ParlaMobile: 25 euro per month
300 minutes of airtime per month to all national mobile and fixed network numbers, 50 national SMS text messages per month and all calls from the FASTWEB home number to the ParlaMobile number. The offer also includes free calls to 4 FASTWEB mobile phones and the FASTWEB home number.
• NavigaMobile: 19.90 euro per month (or 17.90 euro per month with purchase of the Internet Key)
High-speed internet access for mobile users, including 5 gigabyte of Umts internet traffic per month at speeds of up to 7.2 Mb/s in reception and up to 384 Kb/s in transmission. Users may purchase the Momo MD@ internet key or take out a NavigaMobile con InternetKey monthly subscription.
FASTWEB has also enhanced its offer for small businesses: MyBusinessOvunque is an excellent solution for the fixed and mobile communication and internet browsing needs of professionals, shops and businesses:
• MyBusiness ParlaOvunque: 37.50 euro per month
Unlimited fixed to fixed national calls, free calls between the FASTWEB mobile phone and FASTWEB fixed number and an option to extend the service to four other company SIM cards (5.90 euro per month each).
• MyBusiness NavigaOvunque: 55.50 euro per month
24 hour internet access, up to 2 available telephone lines while browsing, four 30 Mb e-mail addresses. In addition, connection of up to 5 PCs in areas covered by the FASTWEB fibre optic network and up to 3 PCs for clients in areas supported by DSL services. 500 Mb of mobile data traffic per month with the MOMOdesignMD@ internet key included.
• MyBusiness Parla&NavigaOvunque: 70.50 euro per month
FASTWEB also offers the following service sto its small business customers:
• WeCareGold PRO (3,90 euro per month): a service which ensures speedy and efficient customer service. With WeCareGold PRO the customer care service is available 24 hours a day.
• Data Security (3,90 europer month): a service which allows the creation of safe back-up of all data on the customer's computer.
