Milan, January 13th 2005 - Stefano Parisi, CEO of FASTWEB, in reference to the rumours circulating on the stock market, categorically denies any interest whatsoever of FASTWEB to merge with Wind, this decision is final. FASTWEB's position is unchanged with respect to what communicated on December 14th 2004 when all negotiations were officially declared to be over.
