Milan, 27 July 2005 - FASTWEB S.p.A. (Milan, Nuovo Mercato: FWB) announces a variation to its calendar of company events for the year 2005.
The update is relative to the date of the Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the first half financial report ending 30 June 2005. The Company intends to apply article IA.2.4.1 of the Instructions accompanying the Rules of the Nuovo Mercato, that provides for the half-yearly report to be published within 75 days of the end of the first half. Therefore, the Board of Directors will convene on 31 August and not on 29 August as previously communicated to the market.
Any further changes in the calendar of events will be communicated in good time.
