The Board of Directors of leading Italian broadband and telecommunications company e.Biscom (Milan, Nuovo Mercato: EBI) announces that Stefano Parisi, who was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Fastweb on October 1st this year, will become General Manager of e.Biscom from November 1st.

Milan, October 20th 2004 - The Board of Directors of leading Italian broadband and telecommunications company e.Biscom (Milan, Nuovo Mercato: EBI) announces that Stefano Parisi, who was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Fastweb on October 1st this year, will become General Manager of e.Biscom from November 1st.

Once the merger between the two companies is finalized, Parisi will be proposed as Chief Executive Officer of the new company resulting from the merger.
