FASTWEB (Milano, MTAX: FWB) discloses that the Company has been informed about the decree through which Rome judge Aldo Morgigni had canceled the hearing scheduled for tomorrow, April 7, in order to discuss to appointment of a Judicial Commissioner at FASTWEB and Telecom Italia Sparkle. This follows the withdrawn of the request from Rome Public Prosecutors after the agreement reached last Friday, April 2, between FASTWEB and Telecom Italia Sparkle lawyers and the same Rome Public Prosecutors. Consequently the tomorrow hearing will not take place.
