During today's FASTWEB S.p.A.(Milano, Nuovo Mercato: FWB) Shareholders' Meeting aimed to approve the Financial Statements as of 31 December 2004, Silvio Scaglia, Chairman, founder and main shareholder of the Company, announced that he will underwrite new shares for an aggregate value of around 100 million Euro within the context of FASTWEB share capital increase.
