At Fastweb, it is possible to take part in a series of courses open to anyone, in person or remotely, which respond to different business and professional role-training needs.
The Catalogue includes all ILEX courses (see below), Power Skills courses (did you know that Soft Skills are called that nowadays?), such as Public Speaking, Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Complex Problem Solving, as well as courses on Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, English... and much more! With us ... you never stop learning.

Internal Learning Experience is the development programme that enables people with specific professional or technical know-how to share and transfer skills to colleagues through training courses in which they are lecturers. Some examples are Design Thinking & Service Design, Finance for non-Finance, Introduction to Project Management, Don't Do What Python Can Do, Brand Empowerment...
Fastweb offers each person a LinkedIn Learning licence giving access to a platform with over 21,000 courses, on a very wide range of business and professional, technical, software, management, soft skills, etc. content.

Linkedin Learning offers the opportunity to do professional upskilling or reskilling, to build and improve skills, to be guided in career development.
At Fastweb, the Training Programme for Managers currently includes 2 steps: the FOM course, Fundamentals of Management, and the SmartLeadership course.
The FOM is a course dedicated to essential managerial skills to work on role awareness and the tools to better manage one's team.
The Smartleadership pathway aims to evolve managerial skills in light of the changes in the world of work that have taken place in recent years (smartworking over all) and has led to the creation of a Fastweb Smartleader Decalogue to share and promote and promote behaviours and best practices for themselves and the team.
In 2023, Technical Training represented 70% of the total training offered in Fastweb.
It is training closely related to the company's core business. It aims to equip Fastweb employees with up-to-date technical skills: from network evolution, Data Science to technologies such as 5G and FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) and professional skills such as Project Management, Design Thinking, in-depth use of Excel, etc. Technical and professional training is offered in classroom, online and in a blended mode, mixed with e-learning and synchronous activities, with outreach and inspirational approaches, to maintain sensitivity and knowledge on core and vertical topics, supporting all employees and supporting “insiders” with ad hoc designs.
Fastweb offers technical certification opportunities that enhance the value of the employees’ skills and provide professional profiles to the company for an increasingly incisive competition in the market. Technical certification programs involving people in different areas (CISM, CISSP, CEH, MS Azure, AWS, PMI/PMP, Agile PM, Splunk, ITIL and others)
This training programme also emphasised in particular the Feedback tool, a fundamental development lever for professional growth. To foster the exchange of opinions and debate among people, Fastweb has made available HEI, the Webapp of Peer Feedback by which each employee can ask and receive at any time feedback from another colleague about his/her work, in a simple and direct manner.
It is the program that allows, for a limited period of time, to work within a different teamwork in order to gain a broader view of the processes and dynamics within the different groups and departments and to challenge one’s own potential.
A programme for the development of skills, expertise and competences of a person (coachee) managed by a qualified professional (coach). After identifying the areas of potential growth, a programme is designed with the aim of achieving professional goals. The programme can be individual or group-based. Situational coaching is also provided, i.e. one to two meetings at the most, to help the coachee focus on and deal with a specific situation.
Mentoring is the development action that focuses on the relationship between Mentor and Mentee, promoting personal growth, the development of new knowledge and the managerial skills of the Mentee through networking and exchange moments. At Fastweb, mentoring takes place in three programs: Professional, Managerial and Young. The latter in particular is addressed to younger colleagues and has the purpose of accompanying them discovering the organization and its dynamics promoting right away the creation of solid foundations for growth and integration into the company.
A programme dedicated to high-value people, whether young or future leaders or knowledge owners, selected according to their performance and potential. The programme is activated every two years and is based on the development of people through various areas: personalised training and development actions, proposal of inspirational and networking activities, operational involvement in strategic and cross-functional projects.
