Milan, 30 November 2006 - FASTWEB (Milan, MTAX: FWB) denies what came out today in Italy's press.

No meeting focusing on FASTWEB took place between Silvio Scaglia, FASTWEB Chairman and Founder, and Mr. Murdoch.

There are no relations between the two companies regarding neither the likely acquisition of FASTWEB nor of the majority shareholder's (Silvio Scaglia) stake by SKY.

FASTWEB and SKY Italia have signed commercial agreements solely to distribute tv contents.
