The new Board of Directors of FASTWEB S.p.A. (Milan, MTAX: FWB) met today at the end of the Shareholders' meeting and granted operational proxies to Carsten Schloter, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Ulrich Dietiker was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board.
The Board also evaluated the requirements of independence requested according to D.Lgs 58/1998 and the 1996 Code of Conduct of Companies listed at Borsa Italiana of the following Board members: Andrea Broggini, Alberto Giussani and Manilo Marocco.
During the same Board meeting the following committees were appointed:
- the Remuneration Committee composed of Andrea Broggini (Chairman), Alberto Giussani and Manilo Marocco;
- the Internal Control Committee, composed of Manilo Marocco (Chairman), Andrea Broggini and Alberto Giussani.
The Board also decided to appoint Alberto Giussani as Lead Independent Director.
