Milan, 28th June 2010 - FASTWEB S.p.A. (Milano, MTAX: FWB) announces that, as previously decided by its Board of Directors and communicated to the market on April 2nd 2010, it has transferred its wholesale business to its fully-owned subsidiary today. The value of the transfer was determined on the basis of an expert's report, according to Article 2465 of the Civil Code, and is equal to euro 6,169,000.
