Fastweb announces first half 2020 results: 28th consecutive quarter of growth for broadband customers, revenues and margins

At June 30th Fastweb reports 2,692 million wireline customers – up 4% on 1H 2019 – and revenues for 1.105 million Euro, up 5% on previous year. Margins register growth with EBITDA-AL marking a +5% compared to previous year. Also in the second quarter of the year – despite the Covid-19 emergency and the extensive use of smart-working by 100% of employees – Fastweb strengthened its position in the market ensuring full operativity of network and cloud services to its customers.

Fastweb and Linkem extend their agreement for the deployment of 5G Fixed Wireless Access networks in digital divide areas

The deal signed today extends the footprint of 8 million households envisaged by the original agreement signed in December to an additional 4 million households in digital divide areas. The 5G FWA represents an efficient and cost-effective solution to bring ultra-broadband connectivity in areas with low population density.

Fastweb announces financial results for fiscal year 2019: another outstanding year with customers and margins growing for the 26th consecutive quarter. Operating Free Cash Flow proxy over 100 million Euro.

At December 31st 2019 Swisscom Group Italian subsidiary reached 2.637.000 wireline customers, +3,5% year over year. Overall revenue of Fastweb increased 5,4% to 2.218 million Euro. EBITDA reported grows to 750 million Euro, +5% on previous year on comparable basis.Outstanding performances for all market segments, with Enterprise Business Unit reaching a market share in terms of revenues of 33%. Another year of remarkable growth for 4G mobile service, with 1.806.000 customers, up 26% on previous year.

Fastweb announces Q3 2019 results: 25th consecutive quarter of growth for broadband customer base and margins. Mobile segment keeps outperforming.

For the first nine months of the year Fastweb reports 2.610 thousand customers – up 4% on the same period of 2018 – with a strong growth of ultrabroadband customers, reaching 1.607 thousand, up 23% year-on-year; robust performance also for revenues, at Euro 1.584 million (up 4,5% compared to previous year) and EBITDA at Euro 529 million (+5% on a comparable basis). Despite intense competition, mobile keeps growing at double digits: 1.742 thousand customers at the end of Q3, up 32% compared to previous year.
