Postponement of the FASTWEB dividend payment to Swisscom Italia S.r.l.

In relation to the extraordinary dividend distribution of Euro 3,77 per FASTWEB share, approved by the general meeting of FASTWEB on March 23, 2007, which shall be paid to FASTWEB's shareholders on October 25, 2007, Swisscom AG, in its capacity as holding company of the Swisscom Group, which holds 82.1% of FASTWEB's share capital through its subsidiary Swisscom Italia S.r.l., will authorize FASTWEB to postpone the payment of the distribution amount to Swisscom Italia S.r.l. to the fiscal year 2008.

FASTWEB: first half 2007 revenues at 714.4 million euros (+24% YoY). EBITDA at 223.8 million euros (+75% YoY).

The Board of Directors of FASTWEB S.p.A. has approved the interim report as at 30 June 2007. The first half results are in line with the company full-year expectations: consolidated revenues for the first six months amounted to 714.4 million euros, rising 24% over 578.4 million euros in the year-earlier period. Second quarter revenues were 360.5 million euros, a 25% improvement over 289.4 million euros a year earlier.

FASTWEB: the Board of Directors appointed Stefano Parisi Chief Executive Officer

The newly appointed Board of Directors of FASTWEB S.p.A held its first meeting today. The Board, composed of Carsten Schloter, Chairman, Stefano Parisi, Ulrich Dietiker, Lisa Lamanna Merkt, Daniel Ritz, Silvio Scaglia, Urs Schaeppi, Peter Staub and, as Independent Directors, Andrea Broggini, Alberto Giussani and Manilo Marocco, appointed Stefano Parisi Chief Executive Officer. Ulrich Dietiker was appointed Deputy Chairman.

FASTWEB to provide Rome City Council with fixed telephone services. Supply agreement under CONSIP convention

An agreement between Rome City Council and FASTWEB for the supply of fixed telephone services was presented to the press today during the Forum PA 2007 public administration congress at the Nuova Fiera exhibition center in Rome. The agreement has been reached under the FASTWEB convention with CONSIP, the agency of Italy's Ministry for the Economy responsible for IT service management and procurement of network goods and services for the Italian civil service.

FASTWEB, Mario Rossi appointed Chief Financial Officer. Alberto Calcagno appointed Chief Operating Officer

Following the successful completion of the Swisscom public tender offer, Mario Rossi has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of FASTWEB. Alberto Calcagno, who was the previous CFO and who has been with FASTWEB since its start-up, becomes Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
