NeXXt Ventures is the engine of our Corporate Venturing program, developed in partnership with Founders Factory. It represents the most advanced evolution of our innovation strategy, overcoming traditional accelerators and venture capital fund models.

Our mission is not simply to invest, but to co-create companies and solutions to solve concrete strategic challenges, ours and those of our customers. To do this, our strategy is based on three complementary pillars: the Incubator, the Accelerator and the Collaboration with the Ecosystem.

The Incubator: We Build Tailor-Made Companies

It is the most distinctive soul of our model. Instead of looking for an existing solution, we start from a business need of ours or those of our customers. From there, together with the Founders Factory team, we build a company from scratch: we identify the idea, recruit the founding team, and provide the capital and support necessary to launch the business. This problem-first approach allows us to develop solutions that are perfectly aligned with market needs, maximizing strategic impact.

The Accelerator: We Transform Startups into Strategic Partners

We are looking at startups already established (post-seed) with a validated product and team. Our goal goes beyond simple investment: we aim to build a real industrial partnership. We offer privileged access to our technologies (Cloud, Edge, 5G, IoT, AI, Cybersecurity) and to our market, working closely with the team to accelerate its growth. The goal is to create ideal conditions for valuable collaboration, exploring synergies that can lead to a long-term strategic partnership.
